Phoenix Ozone Cabinet

Soil and Groundwater Remediation made Simple………

Piper Environmental Group’s Phoenix Ozone Cabinet was created specifically for remediation of soil and groundwater pollutants often associated with leaking Underground Storage Tank (UST) systems.  These compounds include gasoline (BTEX), heating oil, MTBE and many chlorinated compounds.

Specifications

The compact, innovative ozone system is available in several configurations, generating from 1.1 to 2.4 pounds of ozone per day (lb/day) equivalent to 20-45 grams of ozone per hour (g/hr).

Standard components for this system include a sparge air compressor providing 3 cfm to increase gas flow and an ozone compatible boost compressor providing 25 psig output, permitting direct injection to depths of 50’ below water. A PLC controls the system and start-up sequencing for valve automation.

The standard Phoenix Ozone Cabinet output provides eight (8) ports with ¼” stainless steel solenoid valves with an option for an additional sets of eight (8) ports, for a total of sixteen (16) stainless steel solenoids.

Packaged in a 24″ deep, 36″ wide, 60″ tall steel enclosure, the Phoenix Cabinet is both rain tight and mechanically ventilated. A rack is built internally to accommodate system options.

For mobility, eye bolts are used as lifting devices.   Electrical requirement is 120VAC, 25 amps with a neutral and ground.  Sun shelter and air conditioning is required if unit is used where outside temperatures exceeds 100 degrees Fahrenheit on a regular basis.
