CIP Ozone Skid for Food Processing
The SKW 15/10 and SKW 30/16 are complete self contained ozone systems designed for clean-in place applications. The system injects, contacts and degases ozone before entering automated barrel washers. These two models will serve 15 and 30 gpm flow rates. Ozonated water may be diverted for other uses throughout the facility via fixed plumbing.
The CIP ozone skid is simple to operate - bring power and water and pipe to system!
Custom skids are available for higher flow rates.
Constructed of ozone resistant materials, it is designed for years of trouble free operation.
Integrated Ozone Skids
- PLC controls facilitate automation and interface with multiple control devices
- Stainless steel contact tank maximizes ozone saturation, degases undissolved ozone and extends skid life
- Undissolved ozone is off gassed and destroyed ensuring personnel safety and meets OSHA regulations
- Constant recirculation allows saturated ozonated water to be available when called for by barrel washer
- Two different models to meet needs at 15 and 30 gpm flow rates

Note: The IOA guidelines for measuring ozone output were used in determining the ozone output of the unit.
Components
All components are pre-wired and pre-plumbed. The skid is 304SS construction. All plumbing is schedule 80PVC. The complete skid mounted system consists of the following components:

- Ozone generator with built-in oxygen concentrator and air compressor
