Mobile Ozone Trailer for In Situ Soil Remediation

Our Super Phoenix Cube® trailer system was created specifically for remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater at gas stations and other small UST sites such as residential properties.  This compact, innovative system is designed to provide 16-grams/hour ozone.  Standard components include a sparge air compressor providing 3 SCFM to increase gas flow and an ozone compatible boost compressor providing up to 30 psig output, permitting direct injection to depths of up to 60’.  A programmable logic controller interface gives the user complete control over the injection process.

Specifications
Our Super Phoenix Cube trailer includes an air cooled ozone generator producing 16 grams/hr utilizing a Sequal Workhorse oxygen generator as feed gas source.

The trailer is equipped with one ozone monitor that measures ambient ozone levels. As a safety feature, a high ambient ozone level will shut down production.

To boost ozone output pressure, the trailer includes an ozone compressor with an output pressure rating of ~30 psig. This will be injected into a total flow of ~5 scfm of compressed air. At 30 psig, total ozone injection depth below water level can reach approximately 50 feet.

The customer will make the final ozone connection to a multi-port stainless steel manifold with six (6) ¼” FNPT stainless steel valves controlled through PLC.

The electrical requirement at customer site for this trailer is 120 VAC, 30 Amps single phase with a neutral and ground to disconnect on trailer. The customer will also complete the final electrical connection.

Rental rate period effective when equipment leaves and is returned to Castroville, CA. Subject to change without notice. Delivery and Start-up expenses billed separately. Pickup & Delivery
FOB factory Castroville, CA by others. Suggest ¾ ton (F-250 or similar) vehicle for towing to customer location utilizing 2” hitch on trailer for pickups. Delivery cost is $600.00 per day, if by Piper driver, plus expenses. Start up would be by engineer at rates noted below.

Start-up
$1,200 per day plus expenses (room, board, vehicle rental plus mileage and any other expenses at cost + 20%). Minimum estimated start up length is 2 days.

Lead-time
1 week from receipt of funds and signed lease agreement based on availability. Receipt of funds and signed lease only guarantees date.
