Demeter Ozone Cube for Wine Industry Applications
The Demeter Cube is Piper Environmental’s low cost mobile cart with all our standard safety features to ensure worker health and protection. This completely self contained ozone system is designed specifically for a wide variety of wine industry applications. The system injects, contacts and degasses ozone before introduction to specific application. The Demeter Cube is lightweight and compact, built for ease maneuverability.
Saturated ozone is delivered at >1.5 ppm at specific flow rates (15 or 30 gpm) ensuring successful sanitation through consistent ozone concentration providing while minimizing off gassing. This unit does not include PLC automation. Minimum field adjustments required for operation: Hook up cold water connections with hose attachments in and out and provide power. This minimizes potential for worker error.
Recommended Uses
- CIP – utilize with recirculation pump and tank
- Barrel washing (single) with booster pump (use incoming city or well water at a pressure of 45 psi)
