Hercules Ozone Cube
The Hercules Cube is an extremely versatile machine for barrel washing, wine press sump sanitation, tank and piping system sanitation. Ozone automatically adjusts to set flow rate. PLC controls flow quantity and pressure, cycle time, hot and cold water sequencing. We preprogram up to 4 custom configurations for a variety of specific applications. Friendly human interface allows the Hercules to move from application to application with the push of a button.
Hot Water, Cold Water, Pressure to 45 psi, Variable Flows - No Problem with the Hercules Cube!
High output pressure at 45 psi allows for a wider use in direct sanitation applications. Saturated ozone is delivered at >1.5 ppm at specific flow rates (15, 30, 45 gpm) ensuring successful sanitation through consistent ozone concentration while minimizing offgassing.
Recommended Uses
- Direct sanitation of tanks and piping systems
- Barrel washing
- Wine press sump sanitation
