Piper Environmental Group, Inc. offers ozone technology, equipment and services for a wide-range of environmental applications.  We design, manufacture and integrate ozone systems and related equipment for short and long-term projects, offering equipment for rent or purchase.  Our services include project design assistance, oxidation pilot studies, contract service, equipment repair, consulting and chemical treatment.

Piper designs and manufactures ozonation systems, including component, turn-key skid and trailer systems.  We have ozone systems available from small 1 gram per hour units to large skid systems producing over 6,000 grams per hour (300 pounds per day). We supply new ozone and related equipment such as air compressors, filters, dryers, oxygen generators, controllers, monitors, mixing, contacting, degassing systems, and ozone destruct units) from many manufacturers, as well as our products made in our Castroville manufacturing facility. Piper analyzes our customer’s needs and offers the best product for the job.

We offer contract services in California and New Jersey on a monthly, quarterly or emergency basis. Our engineers attend to service calls with full operational knowledge and exceptional troubleshooting abilities. This full service program is designed for customers who own their own equipment, including manufacturers such as Clearwater Tech, DEL, OREC, Osmonics, Ozonia, Pacific Ozone and ITT-Wedeco (PCI).

Our ozone rental system program includes completely integrated ozone systems up to 28 pounds per day. These rental systems are utilized primarily for pilot or demonstration studies, emergency use, or in instances where customers do not wish to purchase equipment. For customers throughout California and elsewhere, we provide complete service programs, including installation, start-up, remote monitoring, scheduled and emergency service. Turn-around time to ship an ozone generator is typically 2 – 8 weeks, based on backlog and availability. We may be able to expedite your request under certain conditions.

As part of our ozone rental systems, we now have five complete integrated trailers from 10g/hr to 56ppd. These are all “plug and play”. Bring power and you’re ready to produce ozone. Start-up service and training are available for a separate fee.

Our product line includes our compact and innovative Phoenix Ozone Cube for soil and groundwater remediation at UST sites and Dionysus Ozone Cube series for winery and food processing use.

Piper also provides ozone generator repairs, testing and rebuilding or manufacturing, ozone project consulting and engineering services. Oxidant demand and pilot studies can be performed at your site or at our Castroville, California facility.

To current and local customers, we provide comprehensive chemical programs with chemicals, feed equipment, on-site monitoring and service. Our focus is to supply a completely integrated ozone system based on our customers’ operational needs in specific industries at an economical price.
