Piper Environmental Group’s inventory includes a fleet of turn-key ozone trailer systems available for rent.

Our trailer systems are perfect for short-term pilot studies and are an attractive option to purchasing. Our trailers make site remediation projects easy:

Our trailers systems are more than simple ozone generators in a box. They are well-engineered, turn-key systems, complete with air conditioning, PLC controls, multi-point injection manifolds (with solenoid valve controls), low-concentration ambient ozone analyzers, leak detection systems and automatic shut-off capabilities.  Our trailer systems are easy to permit and install, requiring only electric power and injection well connections.

Piper Environmental Group’s ozone trailer systems are available in a variety of ozone production capabilities from 1 to 84 lbs ozone/day (16 to 1,058 grams ozone/hour). Piper’s systems are solidly built with premium components and ozone compatible materials.  Our systems are easy to operate and will run reliably at your site, requiring minimal O&M.

Rental Ozone Trailer #1

Contains a water-cooled ozone generator producing up to 2 ppd at 2% concentration by weight, a water chiller to eliminate external cooling water supply need, a 20 SCFM air compressor and receiver tank, and an air dryer with filters.  Additionally, high concentration ozone monitor measuring ozone output is present. [Due to deman, our plan is to upgrade and increase this output to 12 ppd.]

• Up to 2 lb/day (37 gr/hr) ozone production
• water-cooled system with recirculating chiller
• 6 injection point manifold

Rental Ozone Trailer #2

Our Phoenix Cube® trailer system was created specifically for remediation of contaminated soil and groundwater at gas stations and other small UST sites such as residential properties.  This compact, innovative system is designed to provide 16-grams/hour ozone.  Standard components include a sparge air compressor providing 3 SCFM to increase gas flow and an ozone compatible boost compressor providing up to 30 psig output, permitting direct injection to depths of up to 60’.  A programmable logic controller interface gives the user complete control over the injection process.

• Up to 1 lb/day (16 gr/hr) ozone production (air cooled)
• 16 injection point manifold
• Discharge pressure: up to 30 psi
• PLC w/Touch Screen Controls (HMI)
• Power Requirements:  120Vac, 30 Amps

Rental Ozone Trailer #3

This trailer contains an air-cooled ozone generator producing up to 0.8 lb/day (14 gr/hr), an air compressor capable of 10 SCFM, boost compressors capable of providing up to 6 SCFM air each.  Two ozone monitors are present: one high concentration ozone monitor measuring ozone output & one low concentration testing ambient ozone levels.

• Ozone compressor capable of flow 10 SCFM of gas
• Power Requirements: 240 VAC, single phase, 20 amps

Rental Ozone Trailer #4

Trailer #4 is our largest rental trailer, providing up to 56 lbs/day of ozone (1,058 gr/hr); expandable to 84 lbs/day ozone. This trailer is fully air-conditioned and heated. Using Piper’s pre-built 56 ppd trailer system will allow you to have a high-output ozone system with minimal time delays and expenses.  In addition, our mobile trailer system may not require site plan or building permit approvals, as would a new, dedicated equipment building for a high-output ozone system.

• Up to 56 lb/day ozone production; can be increased to 84 lb/day with optional 28 lb/day ozone generator
• High concentration ozone monitor
• Low concentration ozone monitor
• 20 HP air compressor
• PSA -100  °F air dryer with filter train
• 10-ton chiller – shipped internally and mounted externally to trailer; for 84 lb/day, this increases to 15-ton chiller
• 400 Amp Motor Control Center
• Discharge pressure 15 psig, can be augmented for site specific application.
• Power Requirements: 460 VAC, three-phase, 100 amps

Rental Ozone Trailer #6

Trailer #6 is our most addition to the rental trailer fleet, providing up to 7 lbs/day of ozone (155 gr/hr). This trailer is fully air-conditioned and heated. Using Piper’s pre-built trailer system will allow you to have a high-output ozone system with minimal time delays and expenses.  In addition, our mobile trailer system may not require site plan or building permit approvals, as would a new, dedicated equipment building for a high-output ozone system.

• 7lb/day ozone production; can be increased to 8.2 lb/day for lower pressure applications
• High concentration ozone monitor with datalogging
• Low concentration ozone monitor
• 5 HP rotary screw air compressor providing up to 5 SCFM additional sparge air
• 90 scfh oxygen concentrator with external storage tank
• Optional telemetry features
• 8 injection point solenoid-controlled manifold
• Discharge pressure 50 psig, can be augmented for site specific application.
• Power Requirements: 230 VAC, three-phase, 70 amps

Rental Ozone Trailer #7

Trailer #7 is our 2nd largest rental trailer, providing up to 28 lbs/day of ozone (530 gr/hr). This trailer is fully air-conditioned and heated. Using Piper’s pre-built 28 ppd trailer system  provides  a high-output ozone system with minimal time delays and expenses.  In addition, our mobile trailer system may not require site plan or building permit approvals, as would a new, dedicated equipment building for a high-output ozone system.

• Up to 28 lb/day ozone production; can be increased to 56 lb/day if run off 90% pure oxygen feed gas (not included)
• High concentration ozone monitor
• Low concentration ozone monitor
• 10 HP air compressor providing up to 20 SCFM additional sparge air
• 5 HP rotary screw air compressor for feed gas
• 16 SCFM PSA (-100 F) air dryer with filter train
• 5-ton chiller – shipped internally and mounted externally to trailer
